Who can teach
Is teaching with us right for you?
- You use the skills you'd teach in your own work, now or recently.
- You can explain things clearly, with real examples learners can follow.
- You can create your own lesson material, or have permission to use it.
- You're happy for the Haelsoft team to review your course before it's published.
To apply
What you'll need
- A Haelsoft learner account with a confirmed email address.
- A short summary of your expertise and experience.
- One or more course ideas.
- Links to your work, if you have them: LinkedIn, a portfolio, talks or articles.
How it works
From application to published course
Step 1
Apply
Create an account and fill in a short application. You can save it and finish later.
Step 2
Application review
The Haelsoft team reads every application. We may ask for more detail before deciding, and we'll email you either way.
Step 3
Onboarding
If you're approved, your instructor area opens. Complete your profile and accept the instructor commitments.
Step 4
Build your course
Create a private draft, add sections and lessons with text, YouTube or Vimeo videos, files, links, quizzes and assignments.
Step 5
Course review
Submit the course when it's ready. The team checks it, may ask for changes, and confirms the price and enrolment.
Step 6
Publish
Once approved, the team publishes the course and learners can join it.
Our standards
Instructor commitments
You'll be asked to agree to these when you apply.
- Everything I tell Haelsoft about myself, my experience and my qualifications is true.
- I only upload or link to material I created or have permission to use, and I credit my sources.
- My lessons are accurate, respectful and inclusive, and I don't make promises about jobs or earnings that a course can't guarantee.
- I keep learners' information private and use it only to teach my course.
- I understand the Haelsoft team reviews every course before it's published, can ask for changes, and decides the final price and enrolment.
- I won't share bank, card or payment details through the website. Payment arrangements are agreed with the Haelsoft team directly.
Payments to instructors aren't set up on the website yet. If your course is approved, the Haelsoft team will agree payment arrangements with you directly.
